ON THE AGENDA - Erika Lepik, Hannah School City Connects Coordinator, will join us to discuss her role. Please join us if you’d like to hear more about this new initiative.

The City Connects Coordinator meets with each classroom teacher and other school staff to review every individual student . When reviewing every student the discussion is based around each child's strengths and needs in the areas of academics, social emotional, health, and family. Her main goal is to allow children the ability to engage and learn by connecting each child with a tailored set of prevention, intervention, and enrichment services that they need to succeed and thrive in school.
