The Hannah Elementary PTO is currently hosting a Meadow Farms fundraiser. Paperwork should have gone home with your student, but you can also shop online!

STEP ONE
Use the two part order form to take fundraising orders from the printed catalog. Include your seller’s name, your home address, phone number, and email address. Your order will ship to the address provided and tracking details will be sent by email.

STEP TWO
Return both copies of your order form, along with payment, to the school by OCTOBER 3RD.

STEP THREE
Get additional orders by creating an account at meadowfarms.com/register. Add your seller with the Group ID: 1001483 and complete the registration process.
